• Each employee can view his own “check-in/check-out” history categorized by day, month and year
• Managers can view “check-in/check-out” history and status of all the employees of the organization categorized by day, month, year, department and resource
 

Leave Process
• Employee can apply for a full leave, half leave, short leave and leave cancellation
• Approval of any type of leave request will be done according to the defined hierarchy for each employee
• E-mail notifications will be generated at all levels of the request
• Upon final approval or cancellation, applicant’s leave quota will be maintained accordingly
• Each Employee can view his applications categorized by day, month and year
• Managers can view all holiday working hours applications, of all the employees of the organization, categorized by day, month, year, department and resource
 

Reports
• Reports for weekly & monthly status and total working hours of the employees can be generated by the system and exported to Microsoft Excel
• Reports for Leave status and “check-in/check-out” history, related to a specific employee, can also be generated and exported to Microsoft Excel
